Dental Hygienist - Temporary

Responsibilities

• Maintaining patient records, updating medical history, and vital signs
• Performing X-ray procedures and storing images
• Conducting periodontal charting and assisting with provider exams
• Providing preventative periodontal care and assisting with restorations
• Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide
• Offering oral hygiene education and developing treatment plans
• Supporting infection control and clinic efficiency initiatives
• Participating in dental education programs and adhering to regulatory standards
• Performing other clinical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduation from Dental Hygiene school and active state license
• CPR certification within 90 days
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Knowledge of dental practices and anesthesia skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Proficiency with electronic records and standard software
