Dental Hygienist

About the role

ForwardDental Brookfield is seeking a Full Time Dental Hygienist to join their team. Hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm, some Fridays. Located at 15680 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield, WI 53005.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients
• Document patient histories and dental examinations accurately
• Use advanced dental equipment and technologies
• Participate in continuing education programs to enhance clinical skills
• Mentor other hygienists and support staff

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in WI
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing

Pay

Bi-weekly, hourly pay with the option to opt into Daily Pay. Ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses.

Training

Periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person) are required.

TB Test

A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
