About the role
Join as a Dental Hygienist and deliver high-quality preventive care in a modern, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive preventive and periodontal treatments such as prophylaxis, SRP, sealants, whitening, and patient education, following evidence-based guidelines.
- Collaborating with a dedicated dental assistant to optimize patient flow, manage sterilization, and ensure efficient clinical operations.
- Partnering with dentists during hygiene exams to assess oral health and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maximizing chair time to drive hygiene production, promote preventive care, and support same-day treatments.
- Building strong patient relationships through clear communication and personalized education.
- Engaging with the broader clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and continuous professional development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program and active hygiene license in the relevant state.
- Optional anesthesia/nitrous license and current CPR/BLS certification.
- Comfort with digital charting, radiography, intraoral cameras, and technology-driven care.
- Ability to perform manual dexterity tasks and maintain ergonomic positioning.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
