About the role

Seeking a dental hygienist to partner with dentists in providing high-quality, patient-centered oral health care in a modern clinical setting. The role involves assessing oral health, recommending care, educating patients, and managing schedules and supplies with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the doctor.
• Utilize digital tools for assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage clinical workflow, schedule, and supplies efficiently.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
• Active dental hygiene license in the practice state.
• Strong communication skills and passion for patient education.
