About the role
Dental hygienists are valued clinical partners responsible for assessing oral health, recommending care, and educating patients in a modern, technology-supported environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with dentists.
- Utilize digital tools such as voice-activated perio charting and 3D scanning to support clinical decisions.
- Manage schedules efficiently, typically seeing 5–7 patients daily, ensuring quality care and patient education.
- Travel to support practice operations across multiple locations as needed.
- Partner with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and ongoing clinical support.
- Participate in structured onboarding, hands-on training, and continuous education through specialized programs.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Active dental hygiene license in the practice state.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
