Role Overview: Dental hygienists are valued clinical partners responsible for assessing oral health, recommending care, and educating patients in a modern, technology-supported environment. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with dentists.Utilize digital tools such as voice-activated perio charting and 3D scanning to support clinical decisions.Manage schedules efficiently, typically seeing 5–7 patients daily, ensuring quality care and patient education.Travel to support practice operations across multiple locations as needed.Partner with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and ongoing clinical support.Participate in structured onboarding, hands-on training, and continuous education through specialized programs. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.Active dental hygiene license in the practice state.Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
