About the Role

Assess oral health, develop and implement personalized care plans, educate patients, manage schedules, and utilize digital tools. Collaborate with dental teams and support practice operations across multiple locations. Ensure thorough patient assessments and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dentists to support patient care
• Support patient communication and education
• Utilize advanced dental technology (e.g., voice-activated perio charting, 3D scanning)
• Travel to nearby offices as needed
• Contribute to a positive patient experience

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program
• Active dental hygiene license
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for patient education
