Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Competitive Pay

About the role

Partner with dentists to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans, use digital tools for assessments and patient communication, collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences, and manage schedules and supplies independently.

Work in a modern clinical environment with advanced technology such as voice-activated perio charting and 3D scanning. Enjoy structured onboarding, ongoing training, and support from mentorship teams. Manage 5–7 patients daily with thorough assessments and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in partnership with dentists
• Use digital tools for patient assessments and communication
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences
• Manage schedules and supplies independently
• Conduct thorough assessments and patient education for 5–7 patients daily

Requirements

• Accredited associate degree or higher in dental hygiene
• Active state license
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for patient education
