About the Role

A dental hygienist provides patient-centered oral health care, collaborating with the dentist to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. They assess oral health, educate patients, and utilize advanced digital tools to support clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the dentist to deliver comprehensive care and develop treatment plans
• Use digital technology for assessments, case acceptance, and communication
• Manage patient schedules and supplies independently
• Participate in ongoing training and utilize advanced equipment such as 3D scanners and AI tools
• Provide education and ensure positive patient experiences

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the practice state
• Strong communication skills and passion for patient education
