About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the dentist
• Utilize digital tools such as voice-activated charting, 3D scanning, and AI technology to enhance assessments and communication
• Manage patient schedules and supplies autonomously, typically seeing 5–7 patients daily
• Support practice operations across multiple locations as needed
• Participate in structured onboarding, ongoing training, and career development through continuing education programs
• Partner with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical support

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the practice state
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between offices if required
