Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the dentist
• Utilize digital tools for assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication
• Manage schedules and supplies independently to ensure comprehensive care
• Support practice operations across multiple locations as needed
• Engage in ongoing education and professional growth through training programs
• Partner with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical guidance

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the practice state
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
• Ability to travel between practices, maintaining proper licensing and insurance
