Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled dental hygienist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Utilize advanced digital tools for assessments, patient communication, and case acceptance
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Manage schedules and supplies independently to ensure thorough care
- Participate in structured onboarding, ongoing training, and utilize innovative technology such as voice-activated perio charting and 3D scanning
- Support a positive patient experience and team collaboration
Qualifications & Skills
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
