Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the dentist to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Assess oral health, using digital tools to support clinical decisions and patient communication.
• Educate patients on oral health and promote case acceptance.
• Manage schedules and supplies independently to deliver comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Utilize advanced technology such as voice-activated charting and 3D scanning.
• Participate in ongoing learning through structured onboarding, training, and continuing education programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication skills and passion for patient education.
