Responsibilities
- Partner with the dentist to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Assess oral health, using digital tools to support clinical decisions and patient communication.
- Educate patients on oral health and promote case acceptance.
- Manage schedules and supplies independently to deliver comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
- Utilize advanced technology such as voice-activated charting and 3D scanning.
- Participate in ongoing learning through structured onboarding, training, and continuing education programs.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Active dental hygiene license in the practicing state.
- Strong communication skills and passion for patient education.
