Role Overview

A dental hygienist is a trusted oral health provider and clinical partner, responsible for assessing oral health, recommending care, and educating patients in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the dentist to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Perform thorough patient assessments and educate patients effectively
• Utilize digital tools like voice-activated charting, 3D scanning, and AI support
• Manage schedules and supplies independently, ensuring comprehensive care
• Collaborate with the hygiene team for mentorship and support
• Engage in ongoing learning through structured onboarding, training, and continuing education programs

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the practice state
• Excellent communication skills and passion for patient education
