Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the dentist to develop and implement personalized patient care plans.
• Assess oral health, educate patients, and recommend appropriate care based on clinical indicators.
• Utilize digital tools such as voice-activated perio charting, 3D scanning, and AI technology to support assessments and patient communication.
• Manage schedules and supplies independently to deliver comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with the hygiene team for mentorship and clinical support.
• Participate in structured onboarding, training, and ongoing education through programs like TAG University.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the practice state.
• Strong communication skills and passion for patient education.
