Responsibilities

  • Well-established practice supported by a loyal patient base and steady demand for comprehensive care
  • Consistent four (4) day per week schedule supporting work-life balance (Monday-Thursday)
  • Day-to-day dentistry shaped locally by clinical leaders and teams
  • Clinical judgment comes first - Patient-centered outcomes first
  • Patient relationships matter - We value continuity, trust, and long-term care over volume
  • Dentistry is relationship-driven, not transaction-based
  • Support without interference - Administrative and operational support reduces burden, not controls clinical decisions or day-to-day practice flow

Requirements

  • Screening patients during check-ups
  • Reviewing patient's history
  • Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
  • Documents areas of existing restorations
  • Uses X-ray
  • Instructs patients in oral hygiene technique and works with patients and their oral hygiene
  • Affords assistance with oral hygiene
  • Active Florida Hygienist license
  • Current BLS/CPR certifications
  • Maintains annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
  • Minimum 3 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred
