Dental Hygienist

About the role

We’re hiring a full-time hygienist (30+ hours/week) in Willoughby, OH, known for its historic downtown, local eateries, and weekend farmer’s market.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent preventive and periodontal care (prophy, perio maintenance, SRP as appropriate)
• Educate patients in a real-world, no-shame way
• Complete thorough assessments and documentation
• Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning and oral-systemic health
• Maintain strong infection control and a calm, welcoming patient experience

Requirements

• Active Ohio RDH license (or ability to obtain one)
• Proficient in clinical skills and patient-friendly demeanor
• A desire for a supportive work environment that values time, skills, and judgment
• Team-oriented and comfortable with structured practices
