Dental Hygienist

About the role

Metro Dentalcare Albertville is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join their team. This is a full-time position with two doctors and a supportive, tenured team.

Responsibilities

• Give patients the time and care they need, deserve, and desire.
• Be an integral member of the patient care team.
• Provide exceptional lifetime care to patients.
• Participate in a robust Hygiene mentor program and receive ongoing educational offerings.

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of dental health.

Preferred Experience

• New Graduate or years of clinical experience.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of dental health.

Pay

$10,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Full-time: 4 days/week.
