About the role
Central Avenue Dental Care in Blaine, MN is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join their team. They are relocating from an established practice with two doctors to a beautiful, newly renovated location.
Responsibilities
- Recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate

Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- New Graduate or years of clinical experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year

Schedule
Full Time: Monday 12-6, Tuesday 11-6, Wednesday 7-1, Thursday 7-2, Friday OFF
Pay
Competitive salary and $10,000 sign-on bonus
