About the role
Welcome Bonus of $7,500 included! My Crossroads Dentist with Dr Place and Dr Cain are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. Located at 1849 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville, Missouri 63385, this role offers a flexible work schedule: Monday 9:30-7pm, Tuesday 7:30-5:00pm, Wednesday 7:30-5pm, Thursday 6:30-3:00pm, and every other Friday 7:30-1:00pm. We utilize Dentrix and offer 60-minute recare and 90-minute new patient appointments.

Thursday: 6:30-3:00pm
Every other Friday: 7:30-1:00pm

Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Missouri
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and developing clinical skills
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as needed
- Able to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year
TB Test Requirement
A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. This requirement applies to all states except Florida and Tennessee.
