About the role
Redhawk Dental Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist to join their team in Coralville, IA. The ideal candidate will be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate, integral to the patient care team.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients
- Document patient medical histories and dental screenings accurately
- Use advanced dental hygiene tools and technologies
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Support patients in achieving and maintaining optimal oral health
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in IA
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
- CPR certification
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
Other Information
- TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year
