Dental Hygienist

Location: 100 Brevco Plaza, Suite 104, Lake St. Louis, Missouri, 63367

About the Role

Full Time or Part Time — you choose! Office hours: Monday 7am-2pm, Tuesday 10am-5pm, Wednesday 10am-5pm, Thursday 7am-2pm. We huddle 15 minutes before the office opens. 1 doctor practice, with a 2nd doctor starting July 2026, utilizing Dentrix. 60-minute recare and 90-minute new patient appointments.

Bi-weekly hourly pay with the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. Opportunity to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. Full-time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• Deliver preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Utilize tools such as Arestin, iTero, Velscope, and digital x-rays
• Participate in continuing education and mentorship opportunities

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
• CPR Certification
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment (not applicable in FL & TN)

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills
