Dental Hygienist

About the role

Metro Dentalcare Shakopee is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join their team. This is a full-time position from Monday to Thursday, with no late nights or weekends.

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Must have excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification is preferred
• Preferred experience includes either recent graduation or several years of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is desired
• A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills is important
