About the role

Pine Arbor Dental Care in Cottage Grove is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure patient care standards are met.
  • Document patient histories and conduct screenings.
  • Use advanced dental equipment and technologies.
  • Participate in continuing education programs to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

  • Current dental hygienist license in Minnesota.
  • A minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
  • CPR certification.
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems preferred.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as needed.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically.

Pay

$15,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Office hours are Monday and Tuesday 8-5 and Wednesday and Thursday 7-4, with flexibility.
