About the role

Riverside Crossing Family Dental is accepting new graduates and experienced hygienists. Heartland Dental, the nation's largest dental support organization, provides non-clinical administrative support services to over 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in over 1,900 dental offices. Hygienists in Connecticut, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, and Washington work for a supported professional corporation (PC) and are not employed by Heartland Dental.

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in Nebraska and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a current dental hygienist license in Nebraska and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting and standing, ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, and availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$7,500 sign-on bonus
