Dental Hygienist
About the role
HealthPartners is currently hiring Dental Hygienists at their St Louis Park and St Louis Park WEST locations. Positions are available both full-time and part-time, with pay ranging from $43.34 - $59.44 per hour, depending on qualifications and other relevant factors. Some positions are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Able to perform all duties in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry.
- Responsible for knowledge and performance of clinical emergency procedures.
- Implement policies, procedures, and treatment guidelines.
- Manage and flow patient schedules to ensure efficient clinic schedules.
- Maintain patient-care-related equipment, supplies, and processes.
- Record and maintain accurate patient records and other information using appropriate systems.
- Maintain a recall process and work with clerical staff to manage this system.
- Work in conjunction with the Dental Lead or Clinic Management Team to perform other related duties as directed.
Requirements
- Licensed dental hygienist in the state of Minnesota.
- Ability to perform all duties within the scope of practice established by regulations and rules of the state of Minnesota and the Minnesota Board of Dentistry.
- Proven ability to perform as a part of a team composed of dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and clerical staff.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English is required. Proficiencies in other languages may be required.

Pay
