HealthPartners is currently hiring Dental Hygienists for their Woodbury location. Pay is competitive and range from $43.34 - $59.44/hour, dependent upon qualifications and other relevant factors. Some positions are eligible for a sign-on bonus. Position Requirements

A licensed dental hygienist in the state of Minnesota
The ability to perform all duties within the scope of practice established by regulations and rules of the state of Minnesota and the Minnesota Board of Dentistry that the dentist(s) delegates
To complete applicable credentialing or certification requirements in a reasonable period of time after appropriate training is available
To be able to perform as a part of a team composed of dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants and clerical staff

Physical Requirements

Good visual acuity and hand-eye coordination
The ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms
The ability to sit for prolonged periods of time (60 minutes or longer)

Accountabilities

To perform all duties in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry
To implement policies, procedures and treatment guidelines
To manage and flow patient schedules to assure efficient clinic schedules
To maintain patient-care-related equipment, supplies and processes
To record and maintain accurate patient records and other information using appropriate systems
To maintain a recall process and work with clerical staff to maintain a recall system
