Dental Hygienist

About the role

At Smile Exchange of Springfield, we're looking for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about providing comprehensive hygiene care, educating patients, and working in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care: prophy, SRP, fluoride treatments, perio charting, and digital x-rays
• Educate and empower patients to take control of their oral health
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a welcoming environment

Requirements

• PA Dental Hygiene License (new grads encouraged to apply)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for patient care and professional development

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
