About the role

Zelda Court Dental Care is seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental team. Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a new graduate awaiting your Alabama license, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Perform adult and pediatric dental cleanings (prophylaxis)
Complete periodontal charting and assessments
Take diagnostic digital radiographs
Perform scaling and root planing (SRP)
Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to deliver exceptional patient care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards

Qualifications

Active Alabama Dental Hygiene License (or awaiting licensure)
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality dental care

Pay

Competitive hourly pay ($30/hr+ based on experience)

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Every other Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
No evenings
Long weekends twice each month
