Benefits

We offer the following benefits for full-time employees: - Pay is a combination of hourly rate and production bonuses with an expected total compensation in the range of $60+ per hour. - Employee Assistance Program - Basic life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance - 401(k) plan and deferred compensation plan - CE credits - Malpractice - Referral bonus program ($600 - $2,500 depending on role)

Position Qualifications

- Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College - Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment) - Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
