Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional patient care and oral health education.
• Serving as a support during screening, dental procedures, and maintenance visits.
• Participating in ongoing training, shadowing, and mentorship programs.
• Utilizing digital tools and maintaining accurate medical histories.

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN.
• Relevant degree in dental hygiene.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, screening, and medical documentation.
• CPR certification.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• New graduates or experienced hygienists.
• Experience with digital x-rays, scanners, and electronic records.
• Desire to grow clinical skills and provide preventive care.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties, lift up to 45 pounds, and sit/stand for periods.
• Availability for periodic training sessions.
• TB testing prior to employment (where applicable).

Pay

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Fully remote, with flexibility for full-time or part-time options.
