About the role
Pearl Dentistry Reimagined is seeking a Rockstar Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a licensed RDH who is passionate about providing exceptional care and building meaningful relationships with our patients.Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Document patient visits accurately and maintain thorough records
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure clear understanding of care plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education
Requirements
- Licensed RDH in North Carolina
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
