Responsibilities
- Deliver gentle, thorough cleanings with a warm touch
- Educate patients on oral health and home care habits
- Perform periodontal charting, radiographs, fluoride, and sealants
- Work closely with our dentists and assistants to ensure seamless, top-notch care
- Help patients actually look forward to their hygiene visits
Requirements
- Valid NC Dental Hygiene License
- CPR certified
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Team player with a positive attitude (and a sense of humor is always welcome!)
- New grads welcome — we love mentoring!

Compensation
Competitive hourly rate ranging from $50–60/hr based on experience, plus monthly bonuses and a $5,000 signing bonus. FLSA status: Non-Exempt.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Fridays 8:00 am–1:00 pm.
