About the role

A dynamic Dental Hygiene Recruiter is needed to join our team in Bridgewater, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license and a passion for healthcare recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential dental hygienists for open positions
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
• Prepare and submit applications on behalf of qualified candidates
• Manage candidate relationships and provide ongoing support

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene or related field
• Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
