OUR POSITION
The Dental Hygiene Recruiter will join the Talent team in identifying, screening, and coordinating the successful placement of new team members across our rapidly expanding organization which currently supports 160+ dental offices across several states in the Northeast.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring and making adjustments to Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Performing initial screenings, scheduling interviews, organizing assessments, presenting employment offers/negotiations, and supervising initial phases of on-boarding
- Helping develop Talent and continuously building a healthy pipeline of future leaders
- Fostering connections with local hygiene programs, attending career events and other opportunities to connect with students
