Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry – Bettendorf, IA Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry is looking for a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our Bettendorf team! If you’re an organized, friendly, people-focused professional who enjoys creating a great patient experience while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to meet you. This is a patient-facing front office position with a mix of scheduling, patient communication, insurance, and administrative responsibilities. Dental or medical office experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. What You’ll Do Welcome patients and create a warm, positive experience from check-in to check-outSchedule and coordinate patient appointmentsAnswer phone calls, emails, and patient questionsConfirm appointments and communicate scheduling changesVerify dental insurance eligibility and benefitsProvide insurance breakdowns and help patients understand their benefitsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsCoordinate treatment appointments and follow up with patients as neededCollect patient payments and assist with basic financial questionsCommunicate professionally with patients, doctors, hygienists, and team membersAssist with daily administrative and front office tasksHelp keep the front office organized and running efficientlySupport a positive, team-oriented office environment What We’re Looking For We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoys helping peopleHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable communicating with patients in person and over the phoneAble to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environmentProfessional, dependable, and reliableComfortable learning new technology and dental systemsConfident handling sensitive patient and insurance informationA team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed Dental or medical front office experience is preferred, but not required.
