Day-to-Day

• Works an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm.
• Helps patients plan and receive necessary dentistry services.
• Ensures patient information is accurately entered into the database.
• Familiarizes oneself with the dentist’s proposed treatment plan.
• Breaks down financial costs to patients during meetings.
• Works with insurance companies to obtain prior approval for treatments.
• Fills out claims promptly and tracks authorization progress.
• Collects patient co-pays and processes transactions.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
