About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures and support clinical teams.
- Prepare, clean, and sterilize treatment rooms and tools.
- Take X-rays (training available) and update patient records.
- Support front-desk tasks like check-in and scheduling.
- Share post-treatment care instructions and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, eager to learn, and able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Preferred but not required: Dental assisting certification and bilingual skills (Spanish/English).
