About the role
Looking to start a rewarding healthcare career? At this role, you will support clinical teams by assisting dentists during procedures, preparing and sterilizing treatment rooms, taking X-rays (training provided), recording patient information, and maintaining a clean workspace. You will also support front-desk tasks such as check-in and scheduling, and share post-treatment care tips, all while adhering to safety guidelines like OSHA and HIPAA.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms
- Take X-rays (training provided)
- Record patient information
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Support front-desk tasks such as check-in and scheduling
- Share post-treatment care tips
- Adhere to safety guidelines (OSHA and HIPAA)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and eagerness to learn
- Background check, valid driver’s license, and work authorization in the U.S.
Skills
- Dental assisting certification (not required but advantageous)
- Bilingual abilities (not required but advantageous)
