Your Role as a Dental Assistant

• Create a warm and welcoming experience for every patient.
• Assist chairside during periodontal and implant procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain OSHA-compliant workflows.
• Take and process digital dental x-rays.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment expectations, and post-operative care.
• Maintain organized treatment areas and support inventory management.
• Document patient care accurately and support smooth daily clinical flow.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Completion of a dental assisting program (preferred).
• 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred, ideally in a surgical or periodontal setting.
• Radiography certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a patient-first mindset.
• Professional, calm, and team-oriented approach.
