Periodontics Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Aid the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Set up treatment areas, sterilize equipment, and keep workspaces clean and tidy.
• Provide patients with oral hygiene tips and post-procedure care instructions.
• Assist dentists during procedures, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
• Efficiently manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience or relevant formal training is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in dental software and technology is a plus.
