Responsibilities
- Manage patient flow to maximize access and service.
- Prepare patients for dental examinations and assist with various treatment procedures.
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental equipment and supplies.
- Communicate with patients and dental care team members.
- Provide oral hygiene instructions and post-treatment care.
- Document treatment information in electronic health records.
- Contribute to a welcoming and supportive work environment.
- Participate in professional development and adhere to ethical standards.
- Perform general office duties such as scheduling, registering patients, and handling insurance forms.
- Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Work flexible hours, including Saturdays and evenings.
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certificate.
- Specialized training in certain duties as specified by the Board of Dental Examiners.
