Role Overview: The Dental Assistant II provides support to the dental team by assisting with treatments, managing patient care, and maintaining clinical operations. Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during dental procedures and manage patient management.Prepare and present treatment plans, schedule appointments, and maintain dental instruments and supplies.Record patient health histories, perform sterilization and sanitation, and prepare materials and equipment for treatments.Complete dental charting, inventory management, and perform ancillary duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills DAII training or equivalent; 2-5 years of experience preferred.CDA certification or completion of radiological equivalency exam; CPR certified or willing to become certified.Proficient in presenting clinical information, with knowledge of Eaglesoft or Denticon software a plus.Strong attention to detail, teamwork, dependability, and flexibility to adapt to various tasks and locations.Excellent communication skills, ability to interpret instructions, and maintain patient confidentiality.
