Supportive and collaborative team cultureGrowth and development opportunitiesMake a meaningful impact on patients every day Schedule (days/hours) Mon - Thursday 8am-5pm; Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during dental proceduresPrepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instrumentsTake X-rays and maintain accurate patient recordsSupport smooth patient flow and provider efficiencyEducate patients and help create a comfortable office experienceWork collaboratively with clinical and front office teams Qualifications Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employmentCurrent CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standardsStrong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Preferred Qualifications TX RDA Certification Positive attitude and willingness to learnStrong communication and customer service skillsTeam-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPassion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experienceBilingual - Fluent in both English & Spanish If you are an enthusiastic RDA looking to grow with a team that values patient care, collaboration, and professional development, we’d love to connect with you!
