Responsibilities
- Aid the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care
- Set up treatment areas, sterilize equipment, and keep workspaces tidy
- Provide patients with oral hygiene tips and post-procedure care instructions
- Work alongside dentists during procedures, anticipating and fulfilling their needs
- Efficiently manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications
- At least one to three years of prior dental assisting experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with a friendly and caring demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in dental software and technology is preferred but not required
Requirements

- In Michigan: Provide proof of X-ray training certification upon hire. If certification is not available at the time of hiring, you have an 8-week grace period to obtain it.
