About the role
QuadMed is looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team in Lomira, WI. This position will work 4 ten-hour shifts: Monday–Thursday, 6:40 AM–5:10 PM. As a Dental Assistant here, you’re more than chairside support—you’re a key part of a team-driven, prevention-focused care model. You’ll work alongside providers who value quality, collaboration, and patient relationships over speed and volume. Our office offers basic and general dentistry.

Responsibilities
- Support dentists during procedures with efficient, high-quality chairside assistance
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit
- Ensure operatories and instruments are prepared, sterile, and ready for care
- Keep the day running smoothly through strong teamwork and communication
- Assist with a variety of dental procedures chairside
- Take diagnostic-quality radiographs
- Perform sterilization and infection control procedures
- Support lab work and maintain stocked, organized treatment areas
- Document care accurately in the dental EMR
- Jump in where needed—because great teams support each other

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or completion of a dental assisting program (or equivalent hands-on experience in lieu of education)
- Two years of experience as a chairside Dental Assistant if no formal program completion
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
Nice to Have
- Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA)
- Experience with Dentrix and/or Dexis imaging
- Oral surgery experience
- Bilingual skills
