Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 4-day work week, no weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies
• Develop a relationship with the patient
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience working as a Dental Assistant
• Experience assisting with general & cosmetic procedures
• High school diploma or GED
• Other certifications as required by the state, for example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus (training provided)
