Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Aid the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care
• Set up treatment areas, sterilize equipment, and keep workspaces tidy
• Provide patients with advice on maintaining good oral health and post-procedure care
• Support dentists during procedures, fulfilling their needs and facilitating smooth operations
• Manage appointment schedules and accurately record patient information

Qualifications

• At least one to three years of prior dental assisting experience
• Outstanding organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
• Effective communication abilities and a warm, caring personality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting
• Proficiency in dental software and technology (preferred)

Requirements

• Must meet state requirements, including furnishing proof of X-ray training certification upon hire if not already obtained
