Responsibilities
- Aid the dentist during procedures using 4-handed dentistry
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Help patients feel comfortable and cared for
- Care for sterilization of instruments and maintenance of infection control standards
- Take care of charting, records, and patient flow
- Support scheduling and daily office operations
- Perform expanded duties if certified
Requirements
- 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred
- CDA or RDA certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft preferred
- EFDA or radiology certification is a plus
