About the role

Manchester Family Dental, an office within Dental Associates of Connecticut, aims to provide quality dental and personal care in a welcoming environment. The mission is to satisfy all patients through exceptional care provided by a network of high-standard professionals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat patients
• Act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor
• Set up trays as indicated by the day's charts
• Review schedules and anticipate the doctor’s needs in advance
• Assist chairside using four-handed dentistry
• Take x-rays as needed
• Clean and disinfect operatory after each patient
• Take alginate/pour and trim models
• Package and sterilize instruments
• Keep operatory fully stocked
• Act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Superior customer service skills
• Willingness to learn & grow
• A desire to become part of a family-oriented team supporting the mission to deliver the best patient experience possible
• Ability to reliably commute to the office location in Manchester, CT
• Available to work during current office hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
