Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, four-handed clinical assistance to doctors during general, pediatric, implant, and cosmetic dental procedures.
- Welcome patients warmly, manage dental anxiety with a gentle touch, and ensure they feel relaxed using clinic amenities.
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and treatment rooms in strict accordance with ADA and OSHA standards.
- Efficiently take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
- Clearly communicate post-operative instructions and promote the oral health connection with overall well-being.
- Collaborate with hygienists and front office team to ensure seamless scheduling, smooth patient flow, and a positive office environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred.
- Active Washington State Dental Assistant registration/license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Exceptional communication skills, a warm and empathetic personality, and a passion for building long-term relationships with families.
- Detail-oriented, proactive team player who maintains organized, clean, and efficient clinical areas.

Pay
$25.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE) plus a monthly team performance bonus.
Schedule
Full-Time: Monday & Tuesday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (no weekends).
